"In Tom we trust." That is an important mantra that my wife and i developed during this buying/selling process. Tom went above and beyond for us in the sale of our house. He only handled our sale because we were purchasing outside of his covered areas but he was always available and able to give us advice along the way. Which leads me to our mantra, "In Tom we trust." The one and only time something went wrong, through no fault of his, was the one time in this whole process that we did not take his advice or follow his lead. Yeah, we ended up regretting that majorly. Trust in Tom, he won't do you wrong.
