Welcome to my world of real estate with Coldwell Banker Realty, I began my real estate career in 2016, solely working with investors in the fix-and-flip sector. However, in 2020, my career took a meaningful turn towards residential sales. This shift was driven by my deep appreciation for nurturing relationships and assisting people in some of their most significant financial decisions in their lives. I was born and raised in Branchburg and I take great pride in my knowledge of the Somerset & Hunterdon County markets . My expertise spans across various towns including Branchburg, Neshanic Station, Somerville, Bridgewater, Martinsville, Raritan Borough, Readington, Whitehouse Station, Flemington, Raritan Township, and Hillsborough. By forging relationships with local agents, I have been able to accomplish some great feats in extremely challenging market conditions.    In my personal life, being the youngest of five children and growing up in Neshanic Station section in Branchburg, my family has shaped much of who I am. Today, I am an uncle to seven amazing nephews and a proud dogfather to two Shih-Tzus, Beaux (big brother, sane & loving) and Belle (two years younger, half the size and runs the house). My athletic & educational journey led me to Marist College, where I was blessed to receive a Division 1  baseball scholarship. Continuing my passion for the sport, I currently coach and support youth baseball in Branchburg. As an avid Philadelphia sports fan, I cherish attending sporting events (although as of April of 2024, the Sixers, Phillies & Eagles have lost every meaningful game I have attended. Many on the road. The Flyers have also lost in tremendous fashion 2 out of 3 previous games attended. It may be time to enjoy these games from home), and I love traveling. My traveling mainly involves beaches and warmth - me and the cold are not fond of eachother…   For me, real estate is more than just a profession; it's about being driven, dedicated, and always available for my clients.    Buying or selling a home is a big step, often filled with emotions and stress.
